Join me and a small group of people who are all on a career break, and want the next chapter of their working life to be more purposeful, fun & joyful, less stressful and more aligned with their values.

 

What is 'Pause 2 Purpose'?

You'll be part of a small, supportive community of people who are all in the same (or at least similar) boat as you. 

For 4 weeks, we'll be getting together via Zoom every Monday at 1pm-2.30pm (GMT), from Monday 27th January 2025*. 

Each week we'll be exploring what's important to you, getting "unstuck", creating new thought patterns and generating new ideas. 

We'll be unpacking beliefs that may be holding you back, and replacing them with much more empowering beliefs. 

You'll be confronting your inner critic and challenge your biggest fears around your career. 

Together we'll explore (and get excited about) what is possible for you.​

In a nutshell we'll be covering:

Clarity

You'll get clear about what direction you want to take your career in.

Confidence

You'll gain the confidence needed to follow your career plans.

​

Action

Together we'll work out what actions and steps you need to take to make your plans happen!​

We'll meet every Monday for 90 minutes and you'll have the option to stay on the call afterwards if you want to continue discussions with your fellow P2P'ers.

It's going to be interactive and fun! 

You'll also be given weekly challenges so your learning & exploration isn't limited to what we cover in the weekly sessions.

Who is it for?

This programme is for you if your role was made redundant, you quit your job, you're on maternity leave, on a sabbatical, have made a big life change (like moving to a new country) or have been on a career break for any other reason. 

I've experienced all of the above, so I know how daunting it can feel!

You can join from anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. So far people have joined from the UK, Germany, France, Dubai, Turkey and japan.
